PROCESS
01 / DISCOVERY

During the discovery process, we undergo extensive research, source inspiration and influences, and collect actionable insights before we start designing. Together we will deep-dive into the very heart and soul of your business, providing us with the strategic foundation we’ll need to tell your story and connect with your audience in the most intentional way possible.
02 / DESIGN DIRECTION
​
Based from the insights we’ve gained, you ’ll receive a Creative Direction presentation for your brand project. This phase includes project stylescapes and accompanying rationales to ensure we’re both completely aligned with the vision moving forward.
03 / DEVELOPMENT
​
With strategy and creative direction established, we can commence brand development. I’ve found through experience that providing one strong concept allows us both to channel our energy into building the most compelling and effective design for your business. Based on your feedback, I’ll revise and refine the concept until you’re confidently in love with what we’ve created.
04 / DELIVERY
​
With everything finalised and approved, all design files and deliverables are packaged up, along with personalised document guides and training videos. Leading up to launch day, I’ll even provide you with an actionable plan for a successful brand reveal - time to introduce your new brand to the world!

HOW MUCH DOES A TYPICAL PROJECT COST?​

Every project is different so I always prefer to chat about potential projects before giving a formal quote. Once we’ve had the chance to talk through your project, I will send you a formal proposal with a few different package options, custom-tailored to fit your specific needs.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?​
​
Definitely! Working with a designer is an investment - a worthwhile one, but an investment nonetheless. Because of this, I will typically break the investment up into 2-4 payments, depending on the size of the project. However, I am flexible and always happy to discuss payment plan options that work best with your budget.
I JUST NEED A LOGO AND I ALREADY KNOW WHAT I WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE - CAN YOU HELP?

In this case, you are the designer, and you’re simply looking for a technician who can execute your idea. A logo alone will not help you connect with your audience, differentiate yourself from your peers, or give you the strategic direction that you need in your business. For this reason, I do not take on logo only projects. I want you to invest in design that’s going to move the needle, not a bandage solution for a bigger issue within your business.
DO I REALLY NEED TO START WITH BRAND STRATEGY?

I require all custom design clients to go through a brand strategy workshop with me. Think about your business like a house – before putting in the plunge pool, sauna, and spa, you need to lay the concrete slab and ensure that the foundation is strong. Strategy is the concrete. It may not be the sexiest part, but I promise it will stop the whole thing from tumbling down later on. If you are wanting to feel clarity, confidence, and alignment with your brand, brand strategy is for you.
